Rooftop Terrace and Sea Views
The Noufaro rooftop-sea view apartment in Zipárion offers a 360-degree balcony that wraps around the property, providing views of the sea and the mountains. Guests can use the sun terrace and outdoor seating to dine or relax while taking in the scenery. The apartment is located 1.9 km from Tigaki Beach and 6 km from the Asclepieion of Kos.
Amenities
The one-bedroom apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a coffee machine, and a private bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the unit, and streaming services are accessible on the TV. The property has family rooms and non-smoking rooms, with internet services provided.
Accessibility
Kos International Airport is 16 km from the property, and Kos Port is 8 km away. Tigaki Beach lies 1.9 km from the apartment, making it a short trip for guests. The Asclepieion of Kos, a notable archaeological site, is within 6 km.
Guest Feedback and Ratings
Guests rated the apartment 10 out of 10, noting the massive terrace on both sides for sunbathing and dining. A couple rated it 7, mentioning the powerful WiFi and good air conditioning. The property is not at the seaside but serves as a base for exploring the island by car.
Practical Considerations
The apartment is a converted two-room block on the rooftop, with solar panels and pipes on part of the balcony. Walls are thin, and thermal insulation is limited, so the air conditioning is necessary. Guests stay in a residential building with other families, so quiet hours are advised.
